Harry Rogers

(Paranormal Investigator)

Harry is the older of two siblings and was raised in a small New England town.  He has always been intrigued by ghost stories, history and the supernatural. His family has a long history of being involved with the paranormal.  He is a descendant of Robert Calef, who vigorously opposed the Salem Witchcraft Trials and in 1699 published the book, “More Wonders of the Invisible World” which was the first and only book officially burned by Harvard College.  His great-grandmother was a medium in Lilydale, New York and he was raised as a Unitarian Universalist with an open view of religion and spiritualism.  Harry has read volumes of books documenting ghostly encounters and even experienced a few himself while traveling to historic and haunted locations across the country.  The United States’ “Oldest City”, St. Augustine, Florida is his closest, most favorite haunted place to visit.  Since his profession is information technology, it was only natural that he created a website dedicated to ghosts.  Today his website GhostPlace.com is a popular forum for people to share and discuss ghost stories.  Harry is also a former U.S. Marine and currently resides in Orlando with his wife and two children.
