Rita Adams                    

(Empathic Sensitive)

I was born and raised in Maine.  At the age of 16,  I began working with  standard bred race horses.  I have been a horse fanatic ever since.   In 1974, I left Maine and moved to Florida.

I continued to work with saddle and race horses in Florida until 1990.  At that time,  I decided to enroll in school to become an Emergency Medical Technician  and I continued on to paramedic school.  I graduated in 1992 and began my career as a full time medic.  I’ve been a medic now for the last 14 years.

As a child, I was always quiet and a bit shy.   I was always very sensitive to people and my surroundings.  Being young,  I did not know what it was all about.  Often times, I would get scared simply because I did not understand the emotions or energy that I was tapping into.  I also have a very strong psychic connection with my mother as well as with animals in general.

As I grew older and matured, I began to understand the meaning of being 'sensitive' and my curiosity caused a desire within - to learn more of this gift.   I have done a lot of research on psychic phenomena  on my own.  I hope that by conducting  research with this team in the field,  I may become more proficient at using my gift/senses while at the same time helping those we may encounter.
